about

I’m Dean Lambeski — a chef by trade, a hospitality trainer by profession, and a storyteller at heart.
Merak started as a simple urge to document the things I love — food, music, fashion, and the people who give culture its grit and beauty.

I grew up around kitchens, markets, and family tables where food was never just a meal — it was a story, an argument, a laugh, a memory. That spirit is what I try to capture in Merak: the raw, unpolished, everyday moments that show us who we really are.

Beyond the kitchen, I’ve spent years teaching and working in hospitality, but my curiosity has always stretched wider — into films, clothes, sound, and the rhythm of the streets around me. Merak is the space where all of that collides.

This isn’t a polished TV show or a curated feed — it’s an honest conversation. A celebration of people, places, and plates that deserve to be seen.
